Why Sellersville Pharmacy?

What Makes Us Special

A History of Sellersville Specialty Pharmacy

The Sellersville Pharmacy opened its doors in 1988 and for over 25 years have maintained their commitment to high quality products and services in a family-run, caring environment. Since its inception, Sellersville Specialty Pharmacy has grown to encompass a full line of health care products as well as many items which the larger stores simply don't carry.

Recently, the Sellersville Pharmacy partnered with the Penn Foundation, a closed door, in-house facility serving the Penn Foundation and its patients.

What makes the Sellersville Specialty Pharmacy unique and different from the larger chains is the fact that, though our prices are as competitive as the chains, we offer services which they simply can't, such as specialty items like orthodics, non-preferred medications, compounding services, and delivery and set-up services. At the end of the day, we're here for you, so if you need it and we don't have it, we'll get it for you.

About Rob Frankilimage

Rob has spent his entire professional life since graduating from Temple University School of Pharmacy in 1985 working in an independent community pharmacy. After graduation, Rob began work as a phamacist with his father at Skippack Pharmacy, a family owned pharmacy. In 1988, together they opened Sellersville Pharmacy. Currently, Rob is the president of Sellersville Pharmacy, Inc., doing business in two locations: Sellersville Pharmacy and Sellersville Pharmacy at Penn Foundation.

Rob is committed to doing everything possible to help patients have access to needed affordable medications. Many factors may get in the way of that (cost, insurance company policies, unfavorable regulations) and because of this, Rob has been very active in pharmacy associations and legislation. Rob served has the President of the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association in 2012-2013, and serves on the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Association of Retail Druggists, Bucks-Mont Pharmacists Association, and is on the regional advisory committee of Value Drug. Rob also serves on the National Legislative Steering Committee for the National Community Pharmacists Association. Visits to Harrisburg and Washington DC are freqeunt for Rob, as he continues to fight for both patient's and pharmacist's rights with legislators. Rob also hosts meetings with senior centers and church groups to give advice on how to better afford the medications that you need.

Besides his committment to pharmacy and the patients he serves, Rob is married to Eileen, an Occupational Therapist, for over 25 years. They have two daughters, Rose and Marcy. Rob is an avid golfer, and a dedicated (and often dissapointed) fan of the Eagles, Phillies and Flyers.

As Rob's expertise in pharmacy is quite extensive, do not hesitate to reach out to him on any pharmacy (or sports) related topic. You can email him at [email protected] or tweet @bobbygolf. You can also connect with Rob on Facebook. His cell phone is 267-304-4449.
